This Returns, Replacements, Cancellation and Refunds Policy outlines the conditions under which customers can cancel orders, return products, request replacements, or receive refunds. 1. Order Cancellation Policy

Customers may request order cancellation within 1–2 days of placing the order.

Please note:

  • Cancellation requests may not be accepted once the order has been shipped.

  • To request cancellation, customers must contact our support team immediately via email.

2. Return Policy

Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • Wrong Product Delivered

  • Damaged Product Received

  • Manufacturing Defect

To qualify for a return:

  • Customers must raise a return request within 1–2 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.

  • All labels, tags, and protective materials must remain intact.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

3. Proof Required for Returns

Customers must send clear photographic evidence to initiate a return request, including:

  • Image of the parcel label

  • Image of the received product

  • Image clearly showing the damage or incorrect item

4. Replacement Policy

If a return request is approved, customers may be eligible for a replacement instead of a refund.

Replacement conditions:

  • The returned product will first be received and inspected by our team.

  • Once verified, a replacement product will be dispatched within 7 working days.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on the customer's location and courier services.

 

5. Return Shipping Policy

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Important points:

  • Return shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount, where applicable.

  • For products valued above ₹100, customers are strongly advised to use tracked or insured courier services.

The company cannot guarantee receipt of returned items sent without tracking or shipping insurance.

Processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.

8. Non-Refundable Products

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Products that are used, opened, or not in original packaging

  • Return requests submitted after the allowed timeframe
